Donaldson named UK political editor for Bloomberg

Kitty Donaldson

Kitty Donaldson has been named United Kingdom political editor for Bloomberg News.

She has been covering politics and the House of Commons for Bloomberg for the past 15 years.

Donaldson previously was a freelance reporter for the Sunday Times and the Independent on Sunday. She was also a reporter at ITV from February 2003 to April 2006. She also worked atthe Evening Standard.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Durham University.

Chris Roush

Chris Roush was the dean of the School of Communications at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. He was previously Walter E. Hussman Sr. Distinguished Professor in business journalism at UNC-Chapel Hill. He is a former business journalist for Bloomberg News, Businessweek, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Tampa Tribune and the Sarasota Herald-Tribune. He is the author of the leading business reporting textbook "Show me the Money: Writing Business and Economics Stories for Mass Communication" and "Thinking Things Over," a biography of former Wall Street Journal editor Vermont Royster.
