Katia Dmitrieva, a reporter for Bloomberg News in Toronto, is moving to Washington to join its economics reporting team.
Dmitrieva has been in the Toronto bureau since June 2012 covering real estate and insurance companies.
Before joining Bloomberg, Dmitrieva worked for the Ottawa Citizen covering breaking news, finance, business and lifestyle. She also worked for the Toronto Star covering health care and business.
Dmitrieva is a graduate of Ryerson University.
