Business reporter David Dishman has been promoted to business editor at The Oklahoman, the daily newspaper in Oklahoma City.
He started his new position on Monday.
Dishman has worked as a journalist in Oklahoma since 2014 covering business, education, local government, health care and more. He worked as a reporter in southeast Oklahoma before joining the business team at The Oklahoman in 2017.
He is the winner of state and national awards for investigative reporting, business reporting and news coverage.
He covered general and retail business news for The Oklahoman.
