Denver Biz Journal names Nelson its new data reporter

Ethan Nelson

Ethan Nelson has joined the Denver Business Journal as a data reporter covering business data and information, reports the publication.

Recently, Nelson was a metrics analyst with TMP Worldwide where he designed visualizations and dashboards detailing campaign performance. He also developed recommendations to optimize campaigns.

Before that, he was with Haworth Marketing + Media working as an assistant analyst for digital investment. During his time there, Nelson analyzed media campaigns, reported on and managed broadband and collaborated with business intelligence teams.

He also served as a student data intern at Star Tribune and was first a data reporter and then an associate editor for the Minnesota Daily.

Additionally, Nelson has also held the posts of data intern and reporter intern at APM Reports and Forum of Fargo-Moorhead, respectively.

Nelson holds a degree in journalism from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
