Debtwire reporter Morpurgo departs

Giulia C. Morpurgo

Giulia C. Morpurgo, a senior reporter covering European distressed debt and restructuring for Debtwire, has left.

Morpurgo joined Debtwire in 2018 as Southern Europe reporter.

Before that, she was an emerging markets reporter covering Latin American FX and sovereigns for Bloomberg News. She has also freelanced for News-Decoder. She also served as co-editor-in-chief and writer at Perspectives, King’s College London Economics and Finance Society Journal.

She has also interned at The Post Internazionale.

Morpurgo has a B.S. from King’s College London and a M.S. in journalism from the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism.
