The Dallas Morning News has named Dom DiFurio as its breaking business news reporter.
He will start his new position in 2019.
DiFurio joined The Morning News in 2015 as a social producer/digital editor, bridging the gap between the audience team and the editorial and commentary section. He helped the paper redefine itself as digital-first and moved to the core audience team in 2018.
Before joining the paper, DiFurio graduated from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University in 2015 with honors.
