Dallas Business Journal editor leaves for Dallas CEO magazine

Glenn Hunter, the editor of the Dallas Business Journal, has left the American City Business Journals newspaper to become executive editor of Dallas CEO magazine.

Hunter, who was on the board of the Dallas Press Club but resigned earlier this year while the paper was working on an expose about its former leader, had also been the paper’s managing editor, and had also worked at the ACBJ paper in New Mexico called the New Mexico Business Weekly. In Dallas, he wrote the influential DBJ Confidential column.

He’s a native of Santa Barbara, Calif., and a graduate of Arizona State University. He also edited a business publication in Kansas City. Hunter is married to former Dallas Morning News society editor Jeanne Prejean.
