The Daily Mirror Online has promoted Emma Munbodh to the post of money editor.
Previously, she served as deputy money editor at the title, covering money and consumer news. Before that, she held the post of senior personal finance correspondent.
She has also served as a web journalist, assistant commercial editor and then as a content commercialization/deals editor at Mirror.co.uk. She has also freelanced for BT UK, Press Association, and MailOnline Money, and Thisismoney.co.uk.
She was also a researcher on The Martin Lewis Money Show, ITV. Munbodh has also interned at MoneySavingExpert.com.
She has also worked at The Independent, the London Evening Standard, Closer Magazine, Newsquest Wimbledon Guardian/Wandsworth Guardian, and Demur magazine.
Munbodh has a B.A. in communication and media studies from the University of Portsmouth and holds a master’s degree in journalism – print and online from the University of the Arts London.
