Credit Union Journal is now part of American Banker and is no longer a separate brand, and editor in chief Aaron Passman and managing editor Jackie Stewart have left in the past few months.
Passman is now editor in chief of Paperwork Studios, which publishes The Filament and Fundwise.
He became editor in September 2018. Passman spent nearly five years as a reporter at CU Journal and was appointed assistant managing editor in 2016.
Stewart is now senior retirement editor at Kiplinger and Kiplinger’s Retirement Report, which she joined in January. She also worked at American Banker as a community banking reporter and deputy managing editor.
