CoStar hires Moss to cover New Jersey real estate

Linda Moss

CoStar Group has hired longtime business journalist Linda Moss to cover New Jersey real estate news.

The hiring continues the editorial expansion for the company.

Moss joined CoStar from The Bergen Record, where she covered the New Jersey economy and other business issues.

She was part of the launch crew at Crain’s New York Business and spent 16 years covering the cable-TV business for that industry’s bible, the trade paper Multichannel News. Moss is a graduate of the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.

Moss created a well-trafficked local gossip column called “Say, What?” and a blog on the home shopping industry. She is a Gerald Loeb Award winner for “A Requiem for Fashion,” an analysis of the impact of AIDS on Seventh Avenue.
