Longtime Tulsa World consumer journalist Phil Mulkins is moving his Action Line column to the business section, according to a short story in Thursday’s paper.
“Mulkins joined the Tulsa World in 1971. He took over as Action Line editor in 1974. The column was started in 1967 at the suggestion of then-mayor Robert LaFortune.
“Also, on Jan. 9 Mulkins will begin contributing stories to the Business section’s new weekly Consumer page. The page also will feature personal finance columnist Charles Jaffe.”
