Columbus Business First reporter Emily Bench is leaving the American City Business Journals paper. Her last day is Friday.
She covered Ohio State University, tourism and the business of sports.
Before joining the paper, Bench was a freelance writer for the Columbus Dispatch. She also was a freelance writer for the Ohio Campus Compact.
Bench is a 2017 graduate of Otterbein University in journalism and mass communications. While there, she worked as a reporter and assistant editor on the Tan & Cardinal student magazine.
Bench received the Verda B. Evans journalism scholarship while at Otterbein.
