Katarina Velazquez, a business reporter at the Greeley Tribune, is leaving the paper at the end of the week.
Velazquez has accepted a marketing position with MadWire, a digital marketing company, in Fort Collins.
She has been with the Tribune since March 2016 and has been a business reporter since November 2016. Her stories have ranged from real estate to economic development for the Greeley and Weld County area.
Velazquez is a graduate of The University of Northern Colorado, where she was editor in chief of the student newspaper, The Mirror.
