Peggy Collins is now overseeing Bloomberg News’ coverage of endowments as part of a consolidation of teams covering financial news and wealth.
She also oversees the investing team for Bloomberg News in the U.S., which includes the company’s coverage of asset managers and hedge funds. She also provides “Tax Tips” segments for Bloomberg Radio that are 30 seconds in length.
Prior to her role as team leader, she was a reporter covering topics such as retirement savings, tax policy, wealth management and family offices. She’s been with Bloomberg since 2009.
Prior to Bloomberg, Collins was a multimedia editor for MSN’s money channel and a reporter for the Bergen Record newspaper in New Jersey.
Collins holds a master’s degree in journalism from Northwestern University and bachelor’s from the College of the Holy Cross.
