CoinDesk hires Pachal as executive editor

Pete Pachal

Pete Pachal will be joining CoinDesk as executive editor, operations and strategy after coming back from CES.

Previously, Pachal was working as a freelance journalist and before that served as editorial director at Reviews.com. He also held the post of tech editor at Mashable. Pachal has also worked at NBC Universal as an editor.

Additionally, he was associate managing editor at Hachette Filipacchi Media.

Pachal has a BSc in engineering physics from the University of Alberta and a degree in journalism from the University of King’s College.
