CNBC.com reporter Berkeley Lovelace is leaving the news organization to cover health and medical news for NBC News.
He has been mainly covering pharmaceuticals and the Food and Drug Administration. He’s also the host of “Healthy Returns,” a weekly health-care newsletter.
His last day at CNBC is Friday. He will start his new job later this month.
Lovelace started at CNBC in May 2016 as a fellow before becoming a news associate. Prior to CNBC, he worked with the MU School of Journalism and The Associated Press in New York on developing new ways to tell stories using 360 video and virtual reality.
He holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Missouri.
