CNBC, Yahoo Finance to launch show “Off the Cuff”

Business news network CNBC and Yahoo Finance announced Monday that they are collaborating on a new show called “Off the Cuff.”

The show will appear on CNBC’s website as well as Yahoo Finance.

“Off the Cuff” features sit-down interviews with C-level executives to explore their journey to the corner office and beyond. Upcoming guests include Robert McNair, Houston Texans owner; Indra Nooyi, PepsiCo chairman and CEO; and Mohamed El-Erian, PIMCO CEO and co-CIO.

In June, Yahoo and CNBC reached a content-sharing partnership for business news as the internet company attempts to serve up more original content and the financial news broadcaster tries to amp up its digital presence.

This show will offer intimate access beyond the boardroom and the day-to-day pressures of running a business. Executives will answer questions about their journey to the corner office and beyond-how they got to where they are, the motivation, the inspiration, what are they most proud of, what they eat for breakfast, and much more.
