Business news network CNBC is launching a new show co-chosted by David Faber and Gary Kaminsky, reports Brian Stelter of the New York Times.
Stelter writes, “The program, called ‘The Strategy Session,’ will have its debut in CNBC’s 12 p.m. time slot on June 7. It will be paired at 12:30 p.m. with the ‘Fast Money Halftime Report.’ The two-hourlong ‘Power Lunch’ will be peeled back to an hour, from 1 to 2 p.m.
“Mr. Faber, a reporter who appears on ‘Squawk on the Street,’ will be joined by Mr. Kaminsky, a contributing editor to CNBC who was formerly a top money manager.
“CNBC, a unit of NBC Universal, will formally announce the changes on Monday afternoon. The channel says in a program description that ‘The Strategy Session’ will ‘?bring together the most influential people in corporate America so viewers can see how the biggest names in business allocate capital and make investment decisions.'”
