CNBC.com had its best month ever in terms of unique visitors and its best December ever in terms of page views.
December marks the end of what was a record quarter for the site, which saw a 24 percent increase in unique visitors and a 14 percent increase in page views compared to the same period last year.
CNBC Mobile, which includes CNBC Mobile Web, CNBC’s iPhone app and CNBC Android app, wrapped up both a record month and year and, during the past 12 months, cumulatively crossed the 1 billion-page views mark across all three products.
In December, CNBC Mobile Web attracted 1.7 million unique visitors and scored a record number of page views with 61 million, a 31 percent increase over the same time period as last year. In 2010, the site posted a 36 percent increase in page views compared to the previous year.
CNBC’s iPhone App attracted a record 451,000 uniques, a 69 percent increase year-over-year, and recorded 41 million page views, a 105 percent increase compared to the same time period as last year.
