CNBC digital sets records in January

CNBC.com had its best January ever in terms of page views.

According to the latest data from comScore Media Metrix, the site was visited by 6.2 million unique users last month and achieved a record 331 million page views, a 6 percent increase year-over-year.

CNBC mobile also scored records for January.

CNBC’s  iPhone app posted its best month ever in terms of unique visitors, a 31 percent increase compared to the same time period as last year and recorded 74 million page views, representing a 58 percent increase year-over-year.

CNBC’s iPad app also had its best month ever in terms of uniques and its second best month ever in page views with 22 million, according to Rentrak.

CNBC Mobile Web recorded 67 million page views and an 8 percent increase in unique visitors year-over-year.
