CNBC.com has hired Carlos Waters as its first digital video producer based in its Washington bureau.
Waters is responsible for developing stories on policy, urban planning, and markets for the CNBC.com markets and politics team.
He previously was a senior video journalist at The Wall Street Journal. He also worked at Vox as a multimedia producer and interned at NBC.
Waters holds a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech University in multimedia journalism.
