The Cleveland Business Journal has hired Kevin Smith to cover commercial real estate in the region.
Editor Ed Stych writes, “Among others, he joins Mary Vanac, who continues to focus her reporting on economic development and technology in the Cleveland area.
“Smith is a lifelong resident of the Cleveland area and a graduate of Case Western Reserve University, where he majored in sociology and was honored with the James Dysart Magee Award for outstanding student across multiple social science disciplines.
“He previously worked in Lorain County as an editor for the News-Herald and a reporter and editor for The Morning Journal, and he was an intern at Cleveland Magazine.”
