Prentice joins the financial regulation team at Reuters in Washington

Chris Prentice is joining the financial regulation team at Reuters in Washington to cover the securities commission, the Department of Justice fraud unit and financial crime.

Prentice has been with the news organization for almost seven years.

Prior to that, she worked as a reporter at Dow Jones and as an intern on the commodities markets desk at Bloomberg News.

She has a masters degree in business reporting from the Craig Newmark School of Journalism at the City University of New York.
