Chicago Tribune commercial real estate columnist Ryan Ori is leaving the paper.
His last day is Friday.
“I’ve loved my time at the paper, so it’s been a difficult decision to leave,” he wrote on Twitter. “I look forward to a bit of extra time with my family and some travel before the next challenge.”
Before joining the Tribune in 2017, he covered real estate at Crain’s Chicago Business, focusing on commercial real estate property sales, developments, leases and industry trends.
Previously, the East Peoria native and Bradley University graduate was a reporter at the Peoria Journal Star.
