Cheddar News announced that it’s adding its first prime-time show with “None of the Above with J.D. Durkin,” airing each weeknight at 8 p.m. ET
The show will begin on June 7. The network is currently live weekdays from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.
Durkin, who has been with Cheddar News since 2017 and was previously an editor and columnist for Mediaite, will analyze issues with a focus on capturing the American cultural zeitgeist. The show will explore the intersection of current events, politics, technology, business and science. It will feature interviews with leading newsmakers and include panel discussions.
“‘None of the Above’ offers a fresh perspective and voice in the world of political news that we feel is greatly needed,” said chief content officer Peter Gorenstein in a statement.
Cheddar News is available on all major OTT systems including Hulu, YouTube TV, Pluto, and Samsung TV+ and can also be found on major cable systems like Optimum and Spectrum.
