Changes made in Bloomberg’s DC bureau

Bloomberg News has made some changes to its editorial staffing in its Washington bureau.

Anna Edgerton becomes a deputy editor on the Congress team. She was previously a Congress reporter at Bloomberg.

Edgerton has been with Bloomberg since January 2013 and previously worked at the Miami Herald.

Justin Blum joins the White House desk. He was previously a Congress editor at Bloomberg.

Blum has been with Bloomberg since 2006 and originally covered the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Justice Department. He also worked at the Washington Post and the St. Petersburg Times.

Caitlin Webber joins the Breaking News team. She was previously a trade analyst for Bloomberg Intelligence. She has been at Bloomberg since 2010 and previously was a reporter for Congressional Quarterly and Bloomberg Government.

Talking Biz News earlier reported on Tuesday that Mike Dorning was changing roles from being a deputy editor on the Bloomberg White House team to the agriculture beat.
