Harry Carr is joining The Wall Street Journal as a rankings editor.
He begins in January.
Recently, he was director of research and innovation at Demos, an independent cross-party think tank. He was also a data journalist at Sky News. He also created Sky Data and was the winner of the 2017 Royal Television Society Award for News Technology.
He also served as a political analyst at Ipsos MORI – Social Research Institute.
Carr is a University of Oxford graduate.
