Capital Business starts email newsletter

Capital Business, the weekly business newspaper of the Washington Post, has started a daily email newsletter.

Dan Beyers, editor of Capital Business, writes, “We call it CapBiz A.M., a daily e-mail newsletter that rounds up the local business highlights of the past 24 hours. In addition to the news we report, we’ll link to stories found elsewhere on the Web, serve up a little advice, tell you what’s on tap in Washington and point to a social media favorite or two.

“As the name suggests, this e-mail should land in your inbox Monday through Friday just as you start your day, a quick primer on what’s going on around you. And the beauty of the newsletter is that we do the work hoovering up local business stories and send them to any device capable of receiving e-mail..

“To sign up just go to our Web site at www.capbiz.biz, and scroll down the right side of the page until you see ‘Get Business Newsletters and Alerts.’ Check the Capital Business box and hit subscribe.”
