BuzzFeed News has hired Caroline Haskins as its senior technology reporter.
She will start on Oct. 21.
“I’ll be writing about surveillance, platforms, and all the specific ways capitalism and power affect our lives,” wrote Haskins on Twitter.
Haskins has been a staff writer at Motherboard for the past year. She has also worked at The Outline.
She is a graduate of New York University.
