Previously, she was a senior policy manager at Spotify.
She also worked at Facebook as a product policy associate manager, providing guidance to product teams working to balance issues of free expression, safety, and integrity of information. She also helped assess the fairness and effectiveness of algorithmic ranking tools among other tasks.
Baker-White graduated from Harvard Law School.
