Douglas Busvine, a tech correspondent at Reuters, has joined Politico Europe as its health editor.
Busvine was with Reuters for nearly 30 years during two different stints, most recently as a tech correspondent with a focus on the German-speaking region, writing about startups, venture capital, public companies and policy issues ranging from privacy to telecoms network security.
He previously was the New Delhi bureau chief and a chief financial correspondent in Moscow. Busvine was also stationed in Germany, Austria and Poland, and he covered energy from London.
Busvine also opened Reuters’ Central Asia bureau.
