Business news radio program begins in Wyoming

A radio station company begins airing Monday the Wyoming Business Report business news briefs five days a week on 40 local radio stations across the state, according to a story in the publication.

MJ Clark wrote, “The air times will be up to the individual stations, as Gap spokesperson Skip Weller explained in an interview earlier this month ‘We plan on operating all of our stations as if they were locally owned.’

“The Wyoming Business Report programs will be produced by veteran news reporter Sharon Fain, who brings more than 20 years’ experience managing national news for Fox, NBC, MSNBC, and CNBC.

“‘The shows will feature one-minute updates of the latest news from across the state,’ Fain said. ‘Like the print and e-mail versions of the Wyoming Business Report, we won’t just be focused on Cheyenne and Casper.'”
