Business journalism education in Britain

The University of Buckingham in England offers a program in business journalism. You can read about it here. The university claims that it is one of the few in Great Britain offering such training.

I was interested in reviewing the syllabus for the Business Reporting class there. They go into a healthy dose of business law in teaching the class. It’s something I wish we did more of here in the states.

I also found that business journalism is being taught at the University of Westminster. If you scroll down this list of courses, you’ll find business reporting, just ahead of fashion reporting.
