Business Insider reports big changes ahead at Bloomberg

Business Insider is reporting Bloomberg has announced a slew of changes that provide insight into where the news service is headed.

Lucia Moses reports the sprawling newsroom of 2,700 employees will see big changes in the days ahead.

In a memo, editor-in-chief John Micklethwait announced the appointments of several news-coverage “czars.” Micklethwait also touted the company’s elevation of women as a result of the promotions.

Bloomberg is doubling down on Asia, environmental and cybersecurity coverage, reports Moses.
