Burns as a senior sports business reporter for the Morning Consult for the last eight months. He also founded the Sports Business Chronicle, where he acted as editor-in-chief. Additionally, Burns has written for Forbes, SportTechie, USA Hockey and others.
He graduated from Belmont University with a J.D. and the University of Michigan with a B.A. in History.
