Greg Turner has been named the deputy business editor at the Boston Herald, according to a short story in Friday’s paper.
“’Greg brings his energy, experience and considerable talents to the job,’ said Quaratiello. ‘He has jumped right in and already made valuable contributions to the business section. I’m glad to have him as part of our team.’
“Turner is an 11-year veteran of Community Newspaper Co., the Needham-based chain owned by GateHouse Media Inc.
“He was an award-winning reporter and editor for several weekly papers, including The Concord Journal.”
