March 4, 2011

Christopher McIntosh, the publisher of the Boston Business Journal, writes Friday about the American City Business Journals‘ paper celebrating its 30th anniversary.

McIntosh writes, “The BBJ’s foremost objective is to give our readers and advertisers quality print and online publications, as well as other services that are specifically tailored to their interests and needs. In this pursuit, our efforts must focus upon quality journalism, innovative marketing, exemplary customer service and an unquestioned commitment to the highest standards of professional and corporate ethics.

“The Boston Business Journal is enriched by the continuing contributions of exceptionally talented employees who provide the foundation upon which our quest for quality is built. The company shall always recognize that our skilled and dedicated employees are the company’s greatest strength.

“A lot has changed in 30 years, and we’ve been on top of it all the way. The new and expanded BBJ reflects another evolution for us as we continue to meet the needs of our readers.”
