Davis has been in the Mexico City bureau since September 2016 writing about Latin America equity capital markets, banks and the stock market in Mexico.
She previously was a corporate deal financing reporter in New York, covering credit markets and acquisition financing, focusing on how debt was being originated, structured and syndicated to fund deal-making. She also kept tabs on the new issue and secondary markets for leveraged loans, high-yield bonds and investment-grade debt.
Davis also worked as a reporter for WashingtonExec in McLean, Virginia.
She is a University of Virginia graduate with two bachelor’s degrees — one in media studies and one in Spanish language and literature.
