Bloomberg’s Diaz becomes Spanish team leader

Cyntia Barrera Diaz

Cyntia Barrera Diaz has started as a Spanish team leader, joining editors in Chile, Colombia and Mexico and with collaborations from other correspondents in the region at Bloomberg News.

Previously, she was a Latin America breaking news editor.

Diaz was also editor, social media and thought leadership at Colloquial. She was also a senior correspondent and editor at Thomson Reuters. She also served as a correspondent at Reuters Americas in New York.

Diaz graduated from Universidad Iberoamericana Ciudad de México.
