Alberto Nardelli will be joining Bloomberg News as correspondent-at-large for Europe.
His new role begins in September.
Currently, Nardelli is Europe editor at BuzzFeed, reporting on European politics, international relations and diplomacy with a focus on scoops, original reporting, analysis, and investigations. Nardelli will be leaving his post at BuzzFeed this month.
Nardelli has also worked as data editor at Guardian News and Media and is also the co-founder of Tweetminster. He was also the CEO of UnLtdWorld (now part of Guardian News and Media) from 2008 to 2011.
In addition, he has also served as special projects manager at TakingITGlobal and held the posts of event coordinator and program manager at Metro Global City and Digital Youth Consortium, respectively. He was also chief editor, Italy at cafebabel.com.
Nardelli is a graduate of Goldsmiths College University of London.
