Oliver Sachgau has joined start-up Vivid Money as a content manager, where he will be in charge of the content strategy, which means managing blog posts and such and performing other tasks.
Recently, Sachgau was with Bloomberg for more than 4 years. There, he covered Munich and Germany-based industrial companies, including BMW, Siemens, and other carmakers and industrials. He also broke news and developments about companies for the Bloomberg audience.
He has also worked as a city reporter at The Toronto Star and was a national reporter at The Globe and Mail.
He was also a city reporter at Winnipeg Free Press and was a research intern at TVOntario. He has also served as a reporter/photographer and then as a features editor at Charlatan Publications Inc.
Additionally, he was also an intern reporter at Winnipeg Free Press.
Sachgau holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Carleton University.
