Bloomberg News reporter Lananh Nguyen has joined its finance team, covering Wall Street.
Nguyen will focus on Bank of America, wealth management and insurers MetLife and Prudential. She has previously been writing about the foreign exchange markets.
Nguyen has been at Bloomberg for eight years. She has also covered trends, trading, central banks, macro data, and market structure and she has provided market commentary on TV, radio and macro squawk audio stream on the Bloomberg terminal
She previously covered crude oil and refined product markets from London.
Nguyen also spent five and a half years working for Dow Jones Newswires and The Wall Street Journal in London.
