Bloomberg News reporter Henry Goldman, who covered Michael Bloomberg when he was mayor of New York City, is leaving the news organization.
His last day is Monday.
He has been at Bloomberg since 1999. He was the first Bloomberg reporter to work out of Room 9, the City Hall press room.
“Thanks to my colleagues and to everyone who helped me get the story,” he wrote on Twitter. “As for opportunities and endeavors ahead, stay tuned.”
Goldman had previously been with the Philadelphia Inquirer for 17 years and with The Record in Hackensack, New Jersey.
