Brian Eckhouse, a reporter covering finance, solar, energy, batteries, climate, infrastructure and convergence at Bloomberg and Bloomberg Green, will be moving to Los Angeles to do more on-the-ground reporting.
Before joining Bloomberg, Eckhouse was with Euromoney Institutional Investor working as a magazine editor/deputy editor and before that, as a senior reporter covering power finance and risk at the company.
He also held the post of communications director at Brookhaven Democratic Committee and worked as a staff writer at the Las Vegas Sun, where he covered housing and banking policy. He also held the same post at the North County Times covering local government, economics, development and higher education.
Eckhouse also served as a correspondent for The Union Leader and held the posts of reporter and sports editor and intern at Times-Beacon-Record Newspapers and Rolling Stone Australia, respectively.
Eckhouse is a B.S. in broadcast journalism from Boston University.
