Tanya Singer has been named general manager of Bloomberg Politics, which launched last year.
In her new role, Singer will lead a cross-functional team of sales, marketing, editorial and product development across Bloomberg Media’s television, digital and events platforms.
Singer previously worked as a senior director of product management at Yahoo!, as an executive director at Real Simple where she led the relaunch of RealSimple.com and was most recently the chief marketing officer of the online weight-loss start-up, Retrofit.
She is a 1995 graduate of Wellesley College.
