Jennifer Kaplan, who has been covering beverages, tobacco and cannabis for Bloomberg News, is leaving the organization after four years.
In an email to friends and colleagues, Kaplan wrote:
After four amazing years at Bloomberg, I’ve made the difficult decision to move on to pursue a new opportunity.
It’s been incredible to get to know all of you on this fun and constantly interesting beat. Thank you for the great conversations.
Kaplan has been at Bloomberg since 2014. She was on the stocks team and the social media monitoring team before joining the consumer team.
She is a graduate of Brown University in international relations.
