Schultz reports, “She will be tasked with accelerating Bloomberg’s Media Distribution business across content partnerships, licensing and TV/OTT distribution.
“Bloomberg’s regional leads —Josh Bassett (EMEA), Dan Molloy (APAC) and Margot Schupf (Americas) and their teams — will ‘report into Soo,’ writes Scott Havens, Chief Growth Officer-global head of partnerships for Bloomberg, in a staff memo.
“Previously, Soo served at Pearson PLC in a variety of senior executive roles, and was a member of the company’s global leadership team. She also led international operations out of New York for Hearst Publications and Time, Inc, and was ‘a path-breaker in opening up the Chinese market to western media brands,’ Havens continues.”
