Lydia Wheeler
Bloomberg Law senior legal reporter Lydia Wheeler has launched a column called “Opening Argument.”
The column will dig into interesting arguments in complex legal fights, unpacking issues that are dividing appeals courts across the country, and discussing disputes that are ripe for Supreme Court review.
Wheeler has been at Bloomberg Law since April 2019 covering litigation and legal issues related to health care and employee benefits.
She previously was a legal and regulatory affairs reporter at The Hill since January 2018. Before that, she was a federal regulations reporter for The Hill for three years.
Wheeler also worked at Inside Business, a Norfolk, Virginia business publication, for two years.
She is a graduate of Keene State College.
