Bloomberg launches Asia website

Bloomberg launched a website for Asian readers on Monday.

A story on its website states, “This site will bring together the best of Bloomberg’s business journalism with both a global and a diverse regional focus. Bloomberg.com Asia will have a dedicated team of digital news editors based in our Hong Kong office, and will concentrate on creating compelling multi-platform journalism alongside the over 500 journalists in 24 Asia Pacific cities.

“Visit us for breaking business news, financial features, data journalism and the best ofBloomberg TV live streams and video, and Bloomberg Radio with First Word Asia — with a focus on the early-morning mobile commute.  Sign up for mobile alerts on our Bloomberg mobile web and app – and keep up to date with breaking news on markets and analysis from the region.

He is the author of the leading business reporting textbook "Show me the Money: Writing Business and Economics Stories for Mass Communication" and "Thinking Things Over," a biography of former Wall Street Journal editor Vermont Royster.
