Bloomberg Industry Group has hired Alex Clearfield as an editor for its tax coverage.
Clearfield has been an associate editor for the National Journal, where he wan editor for Hotline’s twice-daily campaign newsletters, working with a team of staff correspondents and two other editors to condense the day’s campaign trail news.
He was also a staff correspondent for the National Journal.
Clearfield was previously a staffer at CQ Roll Call. He is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University.
